This brand, which primarily features single varietal wines, is designed to mirror the local community of HistoricDayton, WA and the surrounding geography. The mountains on the label are gold, blue and green.

• Gold represents the golden wheat covering much of the hills throughout Columbia County.



• Blue is for the blue mountains south of town, Bluewood Ski Resort and the blue waters of the nearby Snake, Columbia, Touchet and Palouse Rivers.



• Green salutes Columbia County's new era of green energy (windmills) and organic food processing.

In the Dayton Wine Works brand, our white wines include a stainless steel Chardonnay and an off-dry Riesling. Red wines include T.C. Jaco Red Table wine blend, a single vineyard Merlot and a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
