In honor of the agricultural heritage of Dayton, WA, we have produced the 2010 Agricultural Commemorative wine bottle series called Old Iron. Packaged in a three bottle gift set, production of this wine was limited to 100 boxed sets.

Each wine within the gift set is truly the best wine that Dayton Wine Works produced during 2010 - in effect the best half-barrel of wine for each varietal included.

• Old Iron Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested in 2008 at Gilbert Fruit Growers vineyard in Yakima Valley and features a smooth combination of tannin and wood.



• Old Iron Merlot is 2007 vintage from Olsen vineyards in Columbia Valley



• Old Iron Red Table Meritage contains both the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot previously mentioned, plus the addition of a 2007 Syrah batch of wine produced from a late harvest at Sagemoor Vineyards.

All wines are lightly filtered and can be consumed immediately or laid down for additional bottle aging.
